Half of Sat was spent sleeping away!! I always take afternoon naps during weekends, the feeling is so good^^

Sun was spent cycling at ECP with hubb!! We cycled for like 1.5hrs non-stop... Oh boy, we were super exhausted after that... Feeling satisfied though :) I aim to like cycle every Sun if time permits!! As I will be starting school soon in July, just afraid that will be too tired to do anythin on Sun... Classes will be on every Tues, Fri and Sat.. So as to say my Sat is already burnt...

Finally bought my pencil case for school yesterday at Parkway Parade after cycling!! Gotten My Melody pencil case in pink, and it's so sweet.. Hubb said he loved the colour too.. Heh... Kinda costly as it's from Sanrio, @ $18.90. Can't wait to use it... :)

Settled my HDB stuff 2 weeks ago.. We signed the so-called S&P (Sales & Purchase).. Paid a downpayment of 5%, plus stamp fees and 1 more which I forgot... Total of 21K!! Lucky can pay by CPF if not I really don't know where to find 21K.. Hahhaa.. Housings are like so expensive in SG.. I was telling Hubb that be glad that we can secure a flat under our name, as who knows what may happen to the Housing industry in the future...

Have gotten a 5rm flat at Yishun, $325K.. The amount may seem huge but actually it's already considered quite a good price for a 5rm flat... Looking forward for our House to be complete.. Yes we will need a huge sum of ready cash on hand, gotta save for it :)
